Hi, I’m henry
When I'm not coordinating weddings, you'll usually find me exploring a local farmers market, trying a new restaurant, caring for my ever growing collection of plants, or spending time outdoors with my partner, Khuram, and our Maltipoo, Teddy. I'm a big foodie, an animal lover, and always planning my next travel adventure. I also happen to love helping couples feel calm, supported, and genuinely excited throughout the wedding planning process. If that sounds like your kind of vibe, I'd love for you to learn a little more about my story.

Let me just start by saying Henry is an incredibly special human being and I am so grateful to have had him by my side leading up to and during our wedding.
I had originally hired a different planner for partial planning and day of coordination and I was so disappointed with their lack of communication and care. I was completely overwhelmed and felt alone in the process. Luckily, we were able to bring on Henry instead and it was a night and day difference — he truly saved the day.
Any time I had questions about timeline, vendors, or budgeting, Henry was always just a quick call or email away. From my very first call with Henry, I LOVED his energy. As a Type A bride with anxiety, I knew I would need someone to hype me up on the day-of (instead of being in my head) and tell me, "everything was going to be okay," and Henry did exactly that.
Being someone that was previously in events with friends that also had event experience, I was planning a largely-DIY wedding including running the wedding day ourselves but it was such a huge help to have Henry there. It meant that every time someone had a question, my friends had someone to lean on and they were also able to enjoy their guest experience and relax during dinner fully!
From the get go, Henry went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. On the day of, he made sure the timeline flowed as smoothly as possible, that people knew where to go, and that my friends had help whenever they needed additional support.
For me, beyond reassurance and great energy, it was so nice to have him there to tell me where I needed to be and what I needed to do next. It allowed me and my husband to stay as present as we could throughout the day, not worrying about the little things.
If you have things that're super important for you to experience/you'd like executed in a specific way, make sure you communicate that. As we all know, no wedding day will go perfect but it means the world to have someone by your side that will do their best to ensure that it goes as perfect as can be! Henry is that person.
